class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avec qui nous avons travaill\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p>Un portefeuille d\u2019organisations publiques et parapubliques, dont la R\u00e9gion Grand Est, l\u2019\u00cele-de-France, APRR et Picard.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi<\/h2>\n\n<p>Chaque organisation devait piloter des projets de transformation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et mobiliser des \u00e9quipes de 300 \u00e0 600 participants.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que nous avons fait<\/h2>\n\n<p>R\u00e9alisation de diagnostics organisationnels, \u00e9laboration de plans de communication et de formation, et animation de s\u00e9minaires de transformation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle pour des publics de 300 \u00e0 600 personnes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus<\/h2>\n\n<p>Des plans de transformation fond\u00e9s sur un diagnostic clair, et de grands groupes mobilis\u00e9s autour d\u2019une vision partag\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des
