Conception de la strat\u00e9gie de conduite du changement, r\u00e9alisation des diagnostics d\u2019impact et \u00e9laboration de la matrice d\u2019impacts. D\u00e9veloppement du plan de communication et du dispositif d\u2019engagement. Animation du r\u00e9seau d\u2019ambassadeurs et d\u2019ateliers de co-construction. Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un guide d\u2019accompagnement au d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement pour les collaborateurs.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus&nbsp;:<\/h2>\n\n<div
