La R\u00e9gion Grand Est en France : plus de 8 000 collaborateurs, des centaines de projets et des milliers de managers<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9fi<\/h2>\n

Les chefs de projet et managers \u00e9taient form\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes, mais oubliaient les personnes impact\u00e9es par leurs projets en cours de route. Les projets n’\u00e9taient pas mis en \u0153uvre, les r\u00e9sistances augmentaient. <\/p>\n

Ce que nous avons fait<\/h2>\n

Une formation de 4 jours<\/a> pour 4 groupes diff\u00e9rents de 12 chefs de projet. <\/p>\n

Ils ont d\u00e9couvert diff\u00e9rents outils et m\u00e9thodes lors de la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e. Puis en petits groupes, ils ont travaill\u00e9 sur leurs projets, en appliquant leur nouvelle bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils. <\/p>\n

Ils ont appris \u00e0 comprendre les r\u00e9sistances individuelles et collectives (Soparnot) et \u00e0 concevoir diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes pour y r\u00e9pondre (et non les ignorer). <\/p>\n

Ils ont appris \u00e0 mesurer l’impact de leurs projets, de l’engagement \u00e0 l’appropriation.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus<\/h2>\n

Des chefs de projet form\u00e9s qui prennent en compte le changement et les \u00e9quipes dans la conduite de projets de transformation. <\/p>\n
