Chanel Parfums — New Manufacturing Site Opening

Who we worked with:

Chanel Parfums, via Nicomak, for the opening of a new fragrance manufacturing site in Venette.

The challenge:

An 8-month change management engagement (since April 2026) supporting the human and organisational 

transition around the opening of a new fragrance manufacturing site.

What we did:

Aligned the executive committee on the change strategy, trained managers to lead their teams through the transition, and provided 

individual and collective coaching to secure adoption o

n the ground.

What they got as results:

A CODIR aligned on a shared change narrative, managers equipped to support their teams day-to-day, and a coaching track in place to sustain the transition through the site’s ramp-up.
