A 4-day training in change management for those who lead or support transformation projects:

4 days, 4 movements
Day 1 — Understanding change
The individual relationship to change, the Kübler-Ross grief curve applied to projects, key change management milestones.
Day 2 — Diagnosing and engaging
Stakeholder mapping tools, the influence/impact matrix, building a first engagement plan.
Day 3 — Managing resistance
Understanding resistance and opposition strategies, communication tools, change governance.
Day 4 — Anchoring and sustaining
Tracking indicators, consolidating the matrix, formalising an operational support plan.
