Where are you in your transformation?
Lauching a new site or major operational shift
“We’re opening a new site, and the teams who’ll run it aren’t aligned yet”
Leading a group-wide transformation
“Our roadmap spans multiple entities or sites, and we need one coherent story for all of them.”
Realigning management after reorganisations
“Since the reorg, management and teams aren’t speaking the same language anymore.”
Rolling out a new system or way of working
“We’re deploying a new tool or process, and adoption is the real risk, not the technology.”
A human approach to Change
Too often, change is treated like a technical problem: “did our team receive the message?”. But a transformation succeeds if your teams feel secure enough to start changing.
At the French Ministry of Justice (PJJ), the turning point wasn't a communication plan, it was commitments made in workshops, and actually delivered. The result: less absenteeism, more enjoyment at work.
Who's behind The Change Society?
What I do: I support change, for real
My name is Juliette Frerot Lepagnole. After a Master’s in Organisational Sociology from Sciences Po Paris, I’ve worked across large corporations, the public sector, and agile structures, always with the same conviction: change is human before it’s a plan.
Juliette finds the right words where things felt unclear.
What our clients say
