The Institut national du service public (INSP, formerly ENA), France’s flagship school for senior civil servants.

The challenge

Graduating civil servants needed to strengthen their leadership posture before stepping into high-responsibility roles across the public administration.

What we did

Designed and facilitated an executive leadership programme combining individual coaching and collective workshops on decision-making, influence, and team leadership.

What they got as results

A cohort of senior civil servants better equipped to lead with confidence and clarity in their first high-responsibility roles.
