Let's work together!
I take on change and transformation projects engagements every year, in Luxembourg and in France. Here is what the work looks like, what it costs, and how it starts.
How the work takes shape if you need a specific result:
Fixed scope, fixed price, both agreed before anything starts.
A diagnosis, and a roadmap you can actually use.
I map how your organisation works in practice, where the resistance sits and what it is protecting, then hand back a transformation roadmap your leadership team has already argued with.
Interviews across levels, one day of observation on site, a two-hour session where the roadmap gets attacked, and the Root Map itself: the resistances, what they protect, and the sequence for the three to six months that follow.
15 to 25 days, over 3 to 10 weeks
15,000€
Running change management on a live programme.
Sold in three-month iterations. You decide at the end of each one whether there is a next.
- Iteration 1: the transformation dispositif exists.
- Iteration 2, it holds without me in the room.
- Iteration 3 and beyond, if you want it.
2 to 3 days a week, over 6 to 18 months
12,000€ per month
Three months at a time. Each iteration ends with a review of what moved and an honest answer on whether another one is worth your budget.
Seminars, and training to hold transformation without me
Large-format transformation seminars (I have run them for 300 to 600 participants), executive leadership sessions.
Two days of training for your internal change relays, eight to twelve of them, plus follow-up sessions at one, three and six months. At the end they run the dispositif, and the next transformation does not need a consultant.
2 to 10 days
18,000€
for an in-house group, or 2 400 € per seat in an open session
Fixed-price work is priced on the scope, not on the days it takes. That is the part you are paying for: if it runs longer than I estimated, that is my problem, not your budget’s.
If you need someone inside your transformation program
Some transformations do not fit in a package.
- A site to open
- a merger
- a group programme running eighteen to twenty-four months.
What you need then is someone embedded with your teams for the duration, close to the managers and to the floor, carrying the change work week after week while the programme moves.
That is the work I like most, and it is where ten years of it show: the individual coaching, the ambassador networks, the seminars for three hundred to six hundred people, making a new way of working feel safe enough to keep.
1 200 € per day
usually two to three days a week, renewed in three-month blocks. A programme can run two years without anyone having to sign for two years. At the end of each block we look at what moved and decide together whether the next one makes sense.
You work with me. No bench of juniors, no handover to someone you have not met.
How I know it worked
Most change programmes measure whether the message landed: attendance, open rates, a satisfaction survey at the end. I measure something narrower and harder. Whether a manager changed how they actually work on an ordinary Monday morning, three months after the seminar everyone has forgotten.
Resistance is information about fear, exhaustion, or a power dynamic nobody named out loud. Action does not come from understanding. It comes from safety. So the work is to bring the fear down far enough that people move, and a better deck has never made a fear smaller.
On the Crédit Agricole Assurances programme, that looked like 150+ trained ambassadors and satisfaction moving from 55% to 75% across 3,000+ people. On the engagements that matter most to me, the youth protection educators and the school staff in Strasbourg, it looked like people who had been promised six reorganisations before this one deciding that this time was worth the effort.
Where to start
A thirty-minute call. No slides, no discovery framework. Tell me what is stuck, and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person and roughly what it would take.
If I am not the right person, I will say so on the call. I would rather point you somewhere useful than sell you fifteen days.
