The division of child support and education for the cities of Poitiers and Ivry sur Seine in 2024

The challenge

Reorganise teams, from management down to staff, against a backdrop of tensions between the various sites

What we did

We developed an approach centred on sociological research, including an immersion and study phase that enabled us to identify the main areas of focus. We then held a series of workshops to co-create the new organisational structure with the teams. Finally, we rolled out this new structure, covering everything from communications to event organisation, whilst also monitoring its uptake within the teams.

What they got as results

Staff who are committed to their new organisation, and greater fluidity and communication between the various departments.
