The Protection Judiciaire de la Jeunesse (PJJ), part of the French Ministry of Justice.

The challenge

25 managers across Normandy’s territorial services were navigating organisational tensions and needed a shared space to realign on their collective way of working.

What we did

Facilitated a 2-day seminar bringing the 25 managers together to name the tensions, rebuild trust, and define shared operating principles.

What they got as results

A management team with a common language for addressing tensions, and a set of shared operating principles to carry into their daily practice.
